This 20hr workshop will introduce students to the core concepts and applications of Trauma Centre, Trauma Sensitive Yoga. TCTSY is a highly regarded intervention for Complex Trauma/Complex PTSD and trauma induced dissociation.

Non-Clinical Yoga Teachers:

  • This workshop does not qualify non-clinical yoga teachers to offer trauma services, including TCTSY.

  • This workshop is intended to help non-clinical yoga teachers create a more trauma informed & sensitive general yoga class.


TIMETABLE DETAILS

Friday will run from 10:00 - 17:00, including a mid morning, lunch and mid afternoon break

Saturday will run 10:00 - 17:00, including a mid morning, lunch and mid afternoon break

Sunday will run 10:00 - 12:30

Students will be booking for the whole 2.5 days.

  • Bursary Bookings - £150

  • UK Bookings - £370

  • International Bookings - £380*

*International students are asked to pay an extra £10 to cover a currency processing fee.

Bursary PlaceS

I recognise that a variety of conditions prevent equal access to training in the yoga and mental health professions. For this reason I offer 6 bursary places to help reduce barriers to this workshop.

When applying for a bursary place I will ask a number of questions to help determine bursary eligibility.

Bursary applications are only available to those who meet Criteria 1 & 2.

Criteria 1 - Does your identity include one or more of the following?:

  • Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Black, Asian, Gypsy, Roma, Traveller, first generation immigrant, employed as a Peer Worker within mental health services, living with mental or physical conditions that have prevented you accessing similar workshops

Criteria 2 - Do you meet the following requirements?:

If you meet the criteria 1 & 2 I warmly invite you to apply for a bursary place.

Please Note: priority will be given to any applicant who is also in receipt of Universal Credit and/or Personal Independent Payment and/or where their total income is £18,000 per annum or less

Applications for bursary places must be submitted by Friday 24th July 2026 and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
Successful applicants will be notified of their offer by Friday 31st July 2026, latest

All payments must be complete by Friday 7th August ‘26

Because each instalment will incur an international processing fee, we do not offer a payment plan for non-sterling (£) accounts.
