1-1 Sessions:

£150 for an initial 2 hour assessment
£75 - £100 per hourly session, for those in employment
£60 - £75 per hourly session, for those in receipt of benefits

Groups:

£35 per 90 minute session

If you're coming for 1-1 work we'll complete an Assessment & Consent Form and a Therapeutic Contract.

If you’re joining a group you’ll complete the group booking form. You can see an example of a form on the Group Booking page, here.

The information you provide is held digitally on password-protected and encrypted devices and systems. It is used only in relation to your participation in, or interest in, trauma-informed yoga practices with Alex Cat, and is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Policy.
